Crawfish Alfredo

tweaked

I'll add a photo the next time I make it...fair warning, waistline, there WILL be a next time!

1 pkg Barilla Mini Farfalle pasta cooked according to package directions
(use whatever pasta you like, but this shape and size grabs and hold the perfect amount of sauce)
1 stick of butter
1 clove of minced garlic
1 pint of heavy cream
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 cup of grated fresh Parmesan cheese
2 cups cooked, peeled crawfish tails
1 tsp white pepper
crushed red pepper if you like it spicy

Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat
Add garlic and cook for two minutes, until fragrant
Add heavy cream and cream cheese; heat until bubbling but do not boil
Add Parmesan cheese and mix until the cheese melts
Fold in cooked, peeled crawfish tails
Sprinkle in peppers to your taste and desired level of spiciness
Mix the hot sauce into the noodles and serve.
